Gene Walsh serves as Managing Director at SRA Consulting, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in credit risk management, financial management, and operational excellence. His extensive background encompasses executive oversight and strategic direction across multiple facets of banking and private industry finance.

Prior to joining SRA, Mr. Walsh held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Fidelity Bank in Dunmore, where he directed the operational and credit due diligence for two successful acquisitions. In addition, he provided executive oversight for commercial lending, information technology, loan and deposit operations, accounting, security, compliance, special assets, credit administration, and underwriting functions.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Walsh served as Chief Financial Officer for Intific, Inc., Vice President of Government and Corporate Lending at M&T Bank, and Vice President of Business and Commercial Banking at PNC Bank. His professional achievements have been recognized with M&T Bank’s President’s Council Award.

Mr. Walsh is actively engaged in community and civic leadership. He currently serves as Chair of the Lackawanna County Industrial Development Authority and as Finance Chair for the Northeast Philharmonic. He has also served on the Executive Committee of the Northeast Pennsylvania Council 501 of the Boy Scouts of America.

Mr. Walsh earned his Master of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Scranton.
